Your Feedback Helps Us Do Better

We welcome feedback, it's how we make sure the services you receive are good. If you'd like to share feedback, a compliment or a complaint, you can reach us in whatever way feels easiest for you. It won't affect the supports you receive.

We Value Your Feedback

GIFSA is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports. Your feedback helps us meet the needs of our participants, families and carers and improve our services.

We welcome your thoughts on how we're doing and invite suggestions for improvement. Whether you're a participant, family or community member, we would like to hear from you.

Family and Carer Involvement

We recognise the vital role that families and carers play in supporting people with disability. We especially encourage carers to share feedback that can help shape and enhance our services.

How to Reach Us

How We Handle Complaints

  • We review feedback and complaints to make improvements

  • We manage complaints fairly and work to reach a good outcome for you

  • We keep you updated as we work to resolve your complaint

If You'd Like Help, or Prefer to Stay Anonymous

If you need help to make a complaint, we'll support you, and you can ask a family member, friend or advocate to help too. You can also make a complaint anonymously (by our website or by mail); if you do, we won't know it was you, and we'll still take it seriously and work to resolve the issue.

Making a Complaint to the NDIS Commission

You can also make a complaint about us to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by completing their complaint contact form, or by phoning 1800 035 544 (TTY 133 677).
