LifeReady

You choose what you want to work on, and staff support you to build confidence, independence and control. Our Place

Participant Stories

Progress looks different in every program. Here's what one participant has gained from taking part.

GIFSA's skill-building programs have given Sophie the opportunity to discover new interests and step outside her comfort zone. After a year with GIFSA, she's discovered new activities that she likes and made quite a few friends.

I like that GIFSA listens to what we enjoy and plans activities around our interests. I've had the chance to try lots of new things, find new hobbies and make some great friends along the way.
