Terrence joined GIFSA in early 2020, bringing with him 15+ years of experience as a CEO within the Not-For-Profit sector. Terrence holds qualifications across Management, Business, Community Development, Marketing, Training, Youth and Disability Services, as well as holding excellent insight into regional challenges and opportunities, given he was born and raised within the Goldfields. Terrence is very active within the community holding several key roles including as an elected Councillor with the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Board Director with the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission, Chair of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Visitors Centre and President of the Boulder City Football Club.

Terrence has been fortunate to have had his work recognized on several occasions including being named the 2009 WA Young Person of the Year, a previous winner of the State Leadership & Innovation Award at the Western Australian Regional Achievement & Community Awards, and a former Mayoral Award winner at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Australia Day awards. As the CEO of GIFSA, Terrence works closely with all levels of Government and provides advice and advocacy on a number of matters including disability access and inclusion.

Michelle began with GIFSA in 2015 and has had her incredible work recognized through the many positions and opportunities she has been offered within GIFSA. Michelle started with GIFSA as the Rostering Clerk, where she developed her love of connecting with families to better understand their needs through their own personal stories and journeys. Michelle has brought this passion into her role as Operations Manager where she remains true to her belief of placing the needs of her participants before all else, successfully achieving this daily.

Michelle holds a deep insight into the disability sector and the many challenges facing the families and individuals within it. This insight has allowed Michelle to develop a number of key services and opportunities within the community and advocate for improvements within disability processes, both at strategic and operational levels.

Michelle's key areas of management and responsibility include rostering, client management, operations, and plan management.

Nicholas has been with GIFSA since 2014, advancing from the role of Finance Officer to his current position of Corporate Service Manager. Nicholas (or Nick as he prefers) has played a significant role in the organisation's growth over the years, and his financial management has allowed GIFSA to continue to develop and improve the services provided by GIFSA to the communities in which it operates within.

Nick's key areas of management and responsibility include the finance, human resources, asset management, administration and information technology teams.

Nick comes from a customer focused background with Accounting Qualifications and lots of passion for the not for profit sector and the Goldfields-Esperance communities.
